All payments are non-refundable.
Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
Refunds are issued only for:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect amount charged due to a billing error
To raise a claim, email support@trenzo.io within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and transaction ID.
